Dona Dani: This week, we will be comparing and contrasting the sounds of the letters of the alphabet in Portuguese and English, so students can improve their reading and writing. We will also be studying verbos ser and estar, the verb To Be in English.    Students in Dona Nati’s class will continue the  The Use of Commas project. At the same time, students will work on text comprehension exercises based on the book A Loira do Banheiro, and they will keep on writing their short narratives.
