What did we learn from Matt Holm, creator of Babymouse?

Today we met the author who visited our school, Matt Holm. With his sister, Jenny, he writes and draws the graphic novels Squish and Babymouse. (By the way, if you want those books, you can find them in the copy center.) But creating comics takes a lot of steps. He and Jenny create story boards, edit those, sketch, and draft again!  It's a lot of work.  Thank goodness they stick with it!
